My Philosophy
I am a firm believer in achieving long-lasting health and fitness by means of healthy nutrition, diverse workout sessions and by having fun while being active. The choice of leading a healthy lifestyle is a decision made in your head. One’s personal drive and dedication are the main forces with which goals and dreams can be achieved.
Training
A successful workout shouldn’t only be measured by weight loss or muscle build, but also by the great way you feel afterwards. A successful workout is when you feel content and have forgotten all of your worries for a moment.
Motivation
You’re not alone! Together we can master the balance between body and mind and achieve your long-term goals. When you think you can’t go on I’ll be there to prove the opposite to you, with you. Pursue your goals and invest in the most important thing: yourself!
About Me
Ever since I was a little girl I couldn’t sit still: cartwheels, jumping rope and climbing trees were some of my favorite pastimes. At one point my parents decided to send me to gymnastics classes – which I am grateful for to this very day. For as long as I can remember, being active always played an important role in my life – an incessantly growing passion of mine.
My initial goal is to offer professional and serious services on a daily basis. My fitness trainer education was in Hong Kong where I had the privilege to learn from some of the best instructors. Thereafter I began working as a personal fitness trainer in Hong Kong.
With my experience and knowledge I wish to help as many people as possible to eat healthier, have fun being active, feel healthier and to lead an overall healthier lifestyle.

During my workouts a large variety of training methods are used: kettle bells, ViPR, TRX, TRX Rip or exercises with your own bodyweight.
I rely on diversified workouts in order to provide my clients with undisputed top quality training sessions to meet their goals. My clients are my athletes either solo or in a small team.

Training
Thanks to my structured approach and professional training methods that draw from a wide range of techniques I can promise you this: You will never work out the same way you did before!
Not only the prospect of having 365 different training sessions is important to me, but also the idea of having fun together while discovering and challenging your physical and psychological limits.
Individual training programs
I don’t believe in a universal, standardised training program for all. Instead I think it’s more effective to find and apply the perfect mix of different activities and exercises that will whip both your body and mind into shape.
