Looking back, I still remember how reluctantly I signed up for the personal training, thinking I was too busy and too out-of-shape to be able to achieve anything. Training was tough at the beginning (and it still is!), but soon became a pleasant early morning routine. I have achieved much more than I expected both physically and (surprising) mentally, with my morning training now being an energising boost lasting till the end of the day.
You’ve been a great coach, supportive, guiding, fun to train with and harsh when required. It’s a shame you are leaving HK, you’ll be missed. I would recommend this to everyone, especially to people who think they are too busy to spare time for their wellbeing – this is definitely worth it!”
